Join artist Lalah-Simone Springer in this playful beginner-friendly workshop where through a number of facilitated discussions you will have the opportunity to generate your own poetry. This workshop is a part of Medi -Culture Festival.
Lalah-Simone will use aromatherapy and music to create an inviting atmosphere where conversations around the joy of food will lead to creating the ingredients that support individual and collective wellbeing, ending with a recipe poem bringing together the group’s collective ingredients.
No experience is necessary - all are welcome!
